Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to know what your care will cost before you commit to it. We believe in full transparency, and we want you to feel confident and informed from the very first session.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is a written document that outlines the expected cost of your therapy services before your first appointment. It is required by federal law under the No Surprises Act, which took effect January 1, 2022. Every new client who is uninsured or paying out of pocket is entitled to receive one.

Who receives a Good Faith Estimate?

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate if you are uninsured, or if you have insurance but choose not to use it for your therapy sessions. You may also request one at any time simply by asking.

Our session rates (50 min)

Individual therapy - $150

Couples therapy - $200

Session frequency varies based on your individual needs and goals. Most clients attend weekly sessions, especially early in treatment. The total estimated cost over 12 months for weekly individual therapy would range from approximately $600 to $7,800, depending on frequency and duration of care.

What the estimate includes

Your written Good Faith Estimate will include the anticipated cost per session, the expected frequency and duration of services, applicable billing codes, and your provider's contact information. It will be provided to you before your first session and updated annually or upon request.

Please note: a Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not limit what services you may receive. Actual costs may vary based on your treatment needs and session frequency.
